Give Love! Receive Good Karma!

An old couple living in Chennai had to look after their grand-daughter. Their daughter – the mother of the child had gone to US on an assignment.

We would always ask the following questions in these types of situations, “Does she have to go to US for the sake of making money? Does she have to leave her child like this without taking her along?” We really do not understand the priorities of the parent(s) here.

The grand mother, soon after developed a severe swelling in her left hand. I prescribed her Willow: for having resentment, “Why should I take care of the child instead of her mother”, Walnut and White Chestnut: pain was continuous. After taking the remedies over a period of a week, the pain got reduced only a little bit.

I asked her the question since when she had developed the swelling. She remarked, “One week after my daughter had left for U.S.  She had left happily, while I have to take care of her child here.”

What is the body is trying to convey to her now? (Left hand is the receiving hand)  It is saying, “This is an opportunity for you to receive. For the same reason you have to say thanks to your daughter. Understand her priorities. Do not blame her actions. Forgive her. Affirm that you will understand her priorities.”

She affirmed and almost 50% of her pain got reduced.

How can this be an opportunity? It is a Divine Order to take care of the child. The child may pick up her health thanks to the new environment. We do not know what the divine plan is. However, her body had found the Divine Order.

I asked her to thank her daughter. I gave her the affirmation, “This is a good opportunity for me to show love on the baby. By giving love to the child, I am sure to receive Divine Love and Divine Grace. I thank the god who is behind all the life events. He is the one who holds the strings. I am happy and grateful to him.”

Within a few days, she became free from the pain totally.

Why she needs to release her resentment on her daughter? It would have been much easier for her to go to the hospital and heal her swelling isn’t it? Though, she would have failed to learn the above mentioned spiritual lesson(s).

Now having understood the Divine Will behind the incident, she will definitely receive Punniyam (Tamil word for good karma, blessing and grace). This would get her good blessings during this lifetime. In addition, she will probably have an easy and a painless death. Who does not want a painless death?
