My skin is very dry. What can I chant for glowing skin?

Chant “OM HROOM NAMAHA” 100 times over a glass of water and drink that water to tone up your liver.

pran mudra cannot increase cough. For what purpose you are doing pran mudra?
If you have sinus problem already, you have to address kidneys. How is your urination?
